Fee to pay

If you have a fee to pay, it's because of one of the following reasons: Your item has come from abroad so there's a Customs charge to pay or not enough postage was paid for the item.
Don't worry - you'll still get your mail as we're holding it for you. All you need to do is pay the fee stated on the 'fee to pay' card that we sent to you. You can pay online, at your local delivery office, or by affixing stamps to your card and returning it to us. We will never call you and ask for payment over the phone.

How do I get my item?
Various options are available:
- Online right now
-
Affix postage to the correct value on the other side of the fee to pay card, send the card back to us
and we'll deliver your item to you - Bring the card to the Delivery Office as stated on the fee to pay card, pay the charge and collect the item. Please remember to bring proof of identity
When the fee is paid online we will process your item and arrange for it to be delivered shortly (please allow up to five working days for delivery).
If your item is too big for your letterbox or requires a signature we will leave a 'Something for you' card if there is nobody at home - you can then collect it from the Delivery Office stated on the card or arrange for it to be redelivered on a suitable date.
