Packetpost™

Packetpost™ is a cost-effective and convenient way to send bulk mail.

Cost-effective

Packetpost™ rewards you with lower prices if you send large volumes of mail. If you send more than 5,000 items per year, you can take advantage of Packetpost™ Daily Rate. Use Packetpost™ Flat Rate if you send more than 10,000 items. We’ll even collect your mail for free if you spend more than £15,000 per year with Royal Mail.

Flexible

Packetpost™ gives you the flexibility to choose when your items are delivered. There are two delivery options. You can also choose from First Class – for packets targeted for delivery the next working day, or Second Class – for packets targeted for delivery within 2-3 working days. There are two ways in which you can be charged: Daily Rate and Flat Rate. Both have the same tariff.

Daily Rate

Daily Rate is charged according to the average weight and format of each day’s posting. Packetpost™ prices are generally lower than the public tariff.

Flat Rate

Flat Rate simplifies your pricing and is charged according to a pre-agreed flat rate price, which is regularly reviewed. Because you know in advance how much your delivery will cost, Flat Rate lets you budget more effectively.
