Early Extraction™

Access your mail directly from your local Mail Centre before 06:00 every working day.

Earlier access

Early Extraction™ gives you the option to collect all the 'available mail' for your address at a time between 00:01 and 06:00 – specified by you. You will need to contact your Account Manager to discuss your exact requirements and subject to availability, agree a contract for your Early Extraction™ service.

Same time every day

We will ensure your available mail is ready to collect from the Mail Centre at the same time every morning, as set down in your contract (although this will allow for a flexibility window of 15 minutes around your chosen time).

What is Available Mail

Early Extraction™ only allows for the collection of 'available mail' i.e. all mail that has been processed, sorted and grouped for your address by the pre-arranged Early Extraction™ time. 

Special Delivery items are not included in “available mail”, so please contact your Account Handler if you want these extracted between 00:01 and 06:00. 

We can hold any mail sorted after this the pre-arranged time at the Mail Centre for collection the following day, or deliver it with your standard daily delivery – as specified in your contract.

For an additional fee, you can also choose to have us deliver your Early Extraction™ mail before 06:00.

Early Extraction™ is also available to use with our range of other workflow services, to help speed up your inward workflow operation.
